This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist at a Bone and Joint Clinic, responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic care in an outpatient rehab setting. The role requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, a Texas license, and BLS certification, with preferred rehab experience. It offers full-time, onsite daytime work with flexible scheduling including weekends, situated at Covenant Health Plainview in Texas.

Physical Therapist - Bone and Joint Clinic
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.

Please note the following important details regarding this role:
- This is an onsite role that will report into the Clinic daily, as scheduled.
- This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
- Texas: Plainview
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements.

- Shifts Hours:
- The clinic is open 8AM-6PM Mon-Thurs, 8AM-12PM on Friday.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Upon hire: Texas Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in rehabilitation.
