Alabama - Interventional Cardiology

• Hospital looking to add Interventional Cardiologist due to growth
• Hospital employed position
• NO structural - no surgical backup to support structural cases
• IC group of 4, seeking 5th
• EMR: Paragon (an AllScripts product) in hospital & all practices (hospital owned or private practice)
• CALL 1:5
• TEAM: 4 IC's
• 300+ bed hospital, 3 Cath Labs & cardiac CCU

COMPENSATION:

• Model: Income Guarantee (2 yrs) + Production bonus
• Income Guarantee: $550,000+ DOE
• Signing Bonus: $50,000
• 50% @ signing 50% @ start (no visa)
• 100% @ start (if visa)
