Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - $100k-$145k annual salary! We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client s team. This position involves providing care to both adult and pediatric patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Spanish fluency is required to meet the needs of their diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic illnesses

Perform routine physical exams, vaccinations, screenings, and patient education

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care

Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) in a timely and accurate manner

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

Provide culturally responsive care, with a strong emphasis on communication and patient education

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, or FNP) or Physician Assistant in New York.

National board certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)

Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in a primary care setting preferred

Fluency in Spanish is required

Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations
