Qualifications - Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Licensure: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certification: Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
- Experience: Previous experience in outpatient primary care is preferred but not mandatory.
