Our patients include those requiring ventilator or pulmonary support, cardiac monitoring, and recovery from acute brain injuries. As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best outcomes in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines
Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Support patients and families through education and emotional care
Active Maryland or Compact State LPN license
Current BLS (AHA required)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
