We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for an exciting Locum opportunity in CO.
Start Date: As soon as credentialed!
Schedule: Mon-Fri (7a-3p) & 3p-7a (night call), Sat-Sun 24-hour call (7a-7a)
Compensation: $450 an hour
Position Overview:
- Mon-Fri (7a-3p) & 3p-7a (night call), Sat-Sun 24 hour call (7a-7a)
- Facility Location: 14300 Orchard Pkwy, Westminster, CO 80023
- Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call, Trauma Level III
- Days per month: 3-4 weeks in total of locums coverage per month.
- Required Procedures: EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, GI consultation on ED/Inpatients.
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: RN, X-ray Tech
- Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:
- Patients seen: Adult & Geriatric
- Number of Beds: 185
- Census/Admissions: 2-3 Patients per day needing procedures, 2-3 ICU bleeds per week.
Requirements:- Board Certified Gastroenterology
- Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ)
- Active DEA
- Candidates must disclose which stints they are able to help cover through Jan 5, 2026, to be considered
- Candidates must be able to perform ERCP
