Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists needed for several locations in California
Provide comprehensive and individualized outpatient mental health treatment services to patients that need it while expanding patient access to high quality mental health care across the U.S.

Compensation Competitive compensation models with unlimited bonus earnings. Additional compensation for Nurse Practitioner collaboration. Requirements: Licensed to practice in the state of delivering care with DEA. Board Certified. Medication Management required. Therapy Management optional Compensation.
W2 wRVU Model + quality based bi-annual incentive compensation model with a 1-Year Guaranteed Base Minimum for 30+ hrs.
Total Compensation ? 90% RVU with 10% Biannual Quality Incentive Bonus
30+ hrs. to qualify for benefits
Total Comp Range: $290k - $333k
Sign On Bonus, 6 Weeks of PTO + 10 Holidays, (Salary Model Only), 401k with Employer Contribution, Malpractice / Liability, CME = $2,500, License/DEA Renewals, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Relocation Available
