The Executive Administrator supports the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and serving as the main liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include arranging complex travel plans, handling invoices and reports, managing office supplies, and providing event support. This role ensures efficient executive operations and liaises closely with senior management and the Board of Directors.
Job Description
* Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO
* Coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO
* Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.
* Maintain department calendars and schedules
* Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
* Review invoices and route for proper approval
* Run and process department reports
* Serves as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
* Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
* File necessary paperwork
* Provide event management support as needed
* Other duties as assigned
