- Schedule: Monday Friday, with 1:5 call rotation
- On-Call Expectations: 1 in 5 rotation
- Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 90120 days post-offer) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics: Adult women, prenatal through post-menopausal
- Average Daily Volume / Census: Varies based on clinic and hospital schedule
- Admissions & Rounding: Included
- Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Full-spectrum Obstetrics and Gynecology, including deliveries, gynecologic surgery, and preventative women's health services FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Beds in Department/Unit: Integrated within a full-service hospital environment
- EMR System: Epic
- Specialty Backup: 24/7 Anesthesia, NICU, and Surgical Support
- Support Staff: Nurse practitioners in both inpatient and outpatient settings; clinical and administrative support available
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports to the Medical Director, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology - DEA & Certifications: Active DEA; BLS and ACLS required

- State License Required: Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Robotic surgery experience required; prior inpatient and outpatient practice preferred

- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries and surgical procedures
- Participate in inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic operations
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners and other physicians across the system
- Engage in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the OB/GYN service line COMMUNITY & LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
