Key Details:

• Provider also needs to attend in person Orientation (7.30 am to 5pm) preferably Friday before the Monday Start (or within 2 weeks before the start date)
• Any inpatient request for anesthesia will fall into place when an anesthesiologist is available, just like any add-on surgery case.
• No ERCP or EUS is required

• Upper GI Endoscopy Mandatory
• Lower GI Endoscopy Mandatory
• Sigmoidoscopy Mandatory
• Colonoscopy Mandatory
• Esophageal dilatation Mandatory
• Esophageal manometry Mandatory
• Biopsy during Endoscopy/Colonoscopy Mandatory

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Active IN State License or IMLC.
• Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
• Flu vaccination: Required or need a Medical or religious exemption.
• Covid vaccination: Required or need a Medical or religious exemption.
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA issued, BLS-AHA issued.
