- Current providers between both clinics = 7 Physicians & 3 APPs
- Provider mix of Family Medicine, Family Medicine with OB, Internal Medicine and Palliative Care APP
- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
- Array of services and visiting specialists to serve patients in the community
- 36 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
- See patients in the outpatient and inpatient settings
- Average patients/day: 25

Qualifications:- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the state of Iowa
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work as a team member
