Must Haves – day-to-day responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations under the guidance of the General Manager
- Supervise staff performance and scheduling, ensuring compliance and accountability
- Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver consistent excellence
- Monitor food preparation and enforce all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Oversee compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- Conduct inspections of restaurant and equipment; coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Lead disciplinary or coaching meetings in a timely, constructive manner
