Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in New York requiring a valid NY RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg setting with a focus on nephrology patients
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Alternating weekend shifts required
• Floating to other medical surgical floors may be required
• Provide care for patients with nephrology and general medical needs
• Two professional references from previous managers in the past year must be provided
• Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted at a reduced rate
• Scrub color or dress code details will be provided upon assignment
• Returning employees are subject to an eligibility review process

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications accepted only from AHA
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience required
• Preference given to candidates with prior Med/Surg nephrology experience
