Overview:
- Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
- Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
- 7 placements with the hospital
- Join a fully staffed team of 3 ENTs - 1:3 Call
- Diverse patient panel - Practice to your full ability
Compensation:
- Demonstrated 900K plus income
- 700K Salary
- 10 percent annual quality bonus (must meet RVUS to qualify - 50K max)
- 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
- 75K Sign on
- Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan
- Hospital contributes $35,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
- Hospital contributes $70,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
- Additional 403b with 4 percent match
- Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
- 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
