DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing Facility City & State: Colorado Facility Type: Hospital (Trauma Level II) Provider Profession Needed: MD/DO Specialty: Medical Oncology/Hematology Start Date: 3/31/2025 End Date: 8/2/2025 Length of Assignment: 3 months plus extension! Credentialing Timeframe: 30-days Work Schedule: Normal business hours are 8am-5pm, M-F
Will cover hospital rounding service and see patients in clinic with shortened schedule. Weekend and evening call is 1:4 to 1:5 Patient Volume: 12-16 patients per shifts, 5 calls per day, 2-3 calls per night Procedures: No specific procedures needed, IR does our bone marrow biopsies. EMR: EPIC License Needed: CO Certifications Needed: BC with fellowship, DEA, BLS Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Prescribe chemotherapy, oversee inpatient service with APP support, will have a shortened outpatient clinic schedule with APP and Nurse Navigation support. Other additional pertinent information: Excellent communication, strong clinic experience with solid tumor and benign/malignant hematology. Support Staff is MA, RN, NP/PA, Nurse Navigator. Sleep rooms are available
