Salary and Benefits
- The pay for this position starts at $100,000 - $120,000+
- Yearly bonus based on quality and productivity
- Health Insurance Employer covers 80% (Employee: $41.04 - $164.38 per month)
- Dental and Vision Insurance Employee: $4.37 + $1.01 per month

Responsibilities
- Monday Thursday (8:00am 6:00pm) & Friday (8:00am 12:00pm)
- Providing primary care to patients of all ages
Requirements
- Clear and active FNP license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages
