Clinical Responsibilities
The NP/PA will provide routine primary care services including:

• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care & wellness visits
• Acute primary care for non-emergent issues
• Medication management and refills
• Physical exams
• Patient counseling & education
• Efficient documentation within eCW

No walk-ins, no urgent care volume, and no procedures beyond standard primary care.

Candidate Requirements

• Active & unrestricted Texas NP/PA license
• Unrestricted DEA (required)
• Certified (any specialty accepted with Primary Care experience)
• Proficient with outpatient primary care workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and patient-communication skills
