• Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base
• Direct employment by Health System
• Inpatient/Outpatient setting
• IOP (Max 20 hours a week)
• Monday Friday work week
• 31 bed unit, currently with only 21 staffed beds
• 5 Nursing homes to round on
• 7-10 patients per half day session in outpatient setting
• Weekday and weekend call schedule rotation
