This position is for a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician at a community health clinic in Northwest Connecticut serving a diverse, low-income population. The role involves providing outpatient primary care in a Federally Qualified Health Center recognized for high-quality integrative, patient-centered care. Community health clinic in Northwest Connecticut is currently seeking 2full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join their dedicated staff serving low-income, multicultural population.Staff includes Physicians, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Case Managers, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants working in collaboration in providing quality integrative patient-centered care.

Qualifications:
M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited school. Documented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialty. Board certification or Board eligibility desirable. Current licensure in State of Connecticut. Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses.

Ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years experience.
Outpatient only practice in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
