Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Residential Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage residential projects from start to finish. Familiarity with modern technology and digital tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform routine maintenance
- Mentor and supervise junior electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used
- Use mobile apps and digital tools for job tracking and communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience
- Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local regulations)
- Strong knowledge of residential wiring, service upgrades, and lighting systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic technology tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
