Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 27 Number of Staff – 5-6 RNs / 2-3 LNAs Type of staff: Day Shift – Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, unit Coordinator ( Monday- Friday) Night Shift – Charge RN, RNs , 2-3 LNAs Patient Ratios – 5-6:1 Type of equipment – Hoyer, CPM, EMR – Code Cart Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Med Surg. in a Hospital Setting Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. 2yrs experience med surg, orthopedics, Bariatrics List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Orthopedic Surgery (Knees, hips, Shoulder, Cervical), bariatrics REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS
