OBGYN Hospitalist Opening in Salinas, CAMonterey 23m; Santa Cruz 36m Seeking a full-time OBGYN Hospitalist to provide 24-hour in-house coverage. The OBGYN Hospitalist will be responsible for: Providing 24-hour in-house obstetric and gynecologic coverage Managing labor and delivery for low-volume OBs in the community Handling obstetrical triage and emergency situations Performing patient assessments, evaluations, and management Assisting with obstetrical surgeries Participating in fetal monitoring and coordinating with MFM specialists Supporting a Level III NICU in partnership with a major academic children's hospital Working collaboratively with pediatric subspecialists and maternal-fetal medicine teams Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based obstetric careSchedule No call - 24-hour in-house model Rotating 24-hour shifts including weekendsCompensation & Benefits Base Salary: $372,300 annually ($170/hour) CME: $4,500 per year Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) thrift and profit-sharing plan Company-paid life insurance + optional supplemental plans Critical illness, hospital, and accident insurance 8 weeks paid parental leave Short and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in OBGYN Active California medical license at time of application (or in process) OB Hospitalist experience - preferred Clean malpractice and license history - highly preferred Confirmation of local residency or willingness to relocate DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
