- Nocturnist experience preferred
- Active medical license or eligibility for Arkansas
- Ability to work hospital night shifts and participate in residency teaching

Facility is seeking BC/BE Nocturnist for a hospital employed position
- 7 days on/7 days off
- Joining a program of 17 Hospitalists with NP and RN support, along with Internal Medicine Residency
- Supportive and physician friendly administration team and medical staff
- $350K base guarantee with up to $25K quality bonus opportunity
- $80K student loan reimbursement; $2K monthly resident stipend and sign-on bonus options
- $10K relocation reimbursement
- $5K/year CME allowance
- 403B retirement plan with company matching

- 7 days on/7 days off
