Outpatient-only, business hours with limited nights/weekends; rotating phone call; inpatient care handled by hospitalists (you may follow own inpatients). EMR: GE Centricity. Practice pursuing Level III medical home certification. - Completion of residency training
- Eligible for PA state medical license
- Family Practice or Internal Medicine board eligibility/certification
- Comfortable with outpatient primary care EMR (GE Centricity)
- Eligible for immigration waiver if applicable

Seeking a full-time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join team and provide comprehensive medical care to diverse patient population
Outpatient only, business hours with very limited night or weekend obligations.
Call is limited to rotating phone support.
Inpatient service is provided by the systems' hospitalist group.
Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired
EMR: GE Centricity
Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.
