Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Oncology Registered Nurse for an outpatient oncology setting in the Atlanta area (Stockbridge/Jonesboro, Georgia). This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to oncology patients in an outpatient setting
Administer chemotherapy and supportive treatments
Monitor patients for treatment response and adverse reactions
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management
Collaborate with oncology providers and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Oncology RN experience
Chemotherapy administration experience required
BLS certification required
Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC/OCN) required
