- Day 5x8-Hour schedule with 4x10 option available
- 5 - 6 patients per day average
- Home health setting
- Guaranteed 40 hours with 26 - 30 points requirement
- Minimum 1 year home health experience required
- BLS certification required
- Gait, strength, and range of motion cases
- References from previous home health agencies required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
