Customer Experience Specialist – 2nd Shift
Location: Fremont, MI (100% On-site)
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday + weekend rotation
Start time: Between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (8-hour shift)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary support through phone channels, with flexibility to assist via email, live chat, SMS text, eCommerce, and ratings/reviews as needed.
- Support all brands
- Foster consumer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service, expert advice, product and nutrition education, and personalized solutions.
- Facilitate and support eCommerce initiatives and product transactions.
- Process quality incidents in compliance with FDA and Nestlé standards.
- Work within Salesforce CRM: Engage OMNI, product info, data privacy handling.
- Role may require availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends within a 24/7 engagement center.
QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Additional customer service education or certifications are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid customer service skills and experience supporting consumers.
