How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead comprehensive patient assessments by evaluating bio-psychosocial needs to create a foundation for personalized, high-quality care.
Design and adapt nursing care plans that align with the master treatment strategy, ensuring every intervention is tailored to the patient's specific age and recovery goals.
Facilitate therapeutic growth by conducting or co-leading group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment for patient breakthroughs.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate progress and pivot treatment strategies in real-time, ensuring care remains responsive to the patient's evolving status.
Advocate for patient outcomes by translating clinical observations into actionable insights during treatment conferences to refine and elevate recovery objectives.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
