Perform complex ablations and device implants while collaborating closely with primary care and specialty teams, supported by Epic EMR and DAX Copilot. Practice Highlights
- Established practice with a strong referral base
- Advanced Practice Provider for outpatient and inpatient support
- Ablation including Atrial, Ventricular Tachycardia, and Outflow Tract Ventricular Tachycardia
- Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator, Pacemaker and Biventricular pacemaker implants
- Collaboration with Prevea primary care and specialty providers
- After hours nurse triage to assist with patient calls
- EMR: Epic
- Work in partnership with a hospital system with specialized physician support
- Teaching opportunity with medical students and residents
- Currently utilizing AI ambient dictation technology (Microsoft DAX)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation with signing bonus and relocation assistance

- 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match up to 6%, plus additional discretionary contribution (3 6%)
- Malpractice and tail coverage provided through the Patient Compensation Fund
- CME allowance of $4,000 per year (with three-year rollover)

- Eligible for shareholder status after approximately one year
