Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $155,000 - 201,400 per yearWe are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Project Manager to join our Risk and Compliance team. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, driving comprehensive project plans from conception to successful delivery.Responsibilities:Manage projects in accordance with the firm's established SDLC process. Ensure proper creation and delivery of SDLC deliverables, lead planning for SRB stage gate reviews;Oversee a portfolio of projects across various business areas and systems. Drive and manage multiple workstreams concurrently. Work with IT leadership in understanding sequencing and identifying dependencies;Develop project plans, create and manage sprints, track tasks, budgets, status reports and other key artifacts;Develop effective reporting for senior leadership around project status, risks, issues and budget;Manage the intake, tracking, and prioritization of new work;Schedule and run meetings. Ensure meetings are structured, focused with clear agendas and goals set;Coordinate work with other IT and business teams to drive and track progress; andDemonstrate a high level of responsiveness to the business and strong communication with leadership.Proficiencies:Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence, and JIRA.Skilled in problem solving, navigating challenges and consistently driving progress.Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work effectively.Strong verbal and written skills.Excellent presentation skills; and Highly collaborative and customer focused.
