Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Proficiency with care of ventilated patient
· Proficiency with titration of sedation, analgesia and vasoactive cardiac medications
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Medical ICU experience
· Rapid response/code blue team
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Assistance with RSI and arterial or central line placement
· Slow/continuous dialysis via TABLO (SLED)
Best personality Fit:
· Team player, self-motivated
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· CCRN preferred, ACLS required
Floating Area(s):
· IMCU, NSICU, MedSurg as needed
