This multi-specialty community health center has cared for patients of all ages and incomes in Phoenix for over 35 years and continue to expand their staff and locations throughout Metro Phoenix. We are currently seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for providing comprehensive health care services through the identification, management and/or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of the client s health by means of preventive care and health promotion. Will perform assignments which can vary from routine to exceptional in nature and are carried out with minimal guidance in accordance with clinic office practices and procedures.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner school
- Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing
- Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license
- Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Current BLS
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public
- Basic business English, spelling, and punctuation skills
- Basic computer efficiency
- Valid AZ driver s license
- Competency in dealing with people of various cultures and social status
NONESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of experience in community health
