PLS Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage land surveying projects from proposal through completion while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise field and office staff to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
• Prepare, review, and present survey maps, reports, and legal documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and leadership on multiple concurrent projects.

PLS Job Requirements:

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of professional land surveying experience, including 2–3+ years managing projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, modern surveying equipment, and related software.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal requirements, and land records, with excellent analytical skills.
