The Registered Nurse (RN) - SWAT / Resource role involves providing nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, including rapid response support for ICU staff. The position requires current nursing licensure, ICU experience preferred, and certifications such as BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP. - BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
This position will be the code/rapid response staff person for ICU staff for all codes. Assist with IV starts, dressing changes, diabetic education, chart audits, etc.
RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN)
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
ICU RN Experience Preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 1 year of hire or transfer
