RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week (3x12 schedule)
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements
• Float to other units as needed
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Must have experience with post cardiovascular surgeries, post stroke patients, and titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol)
• Experience with BiPAPs, Airvos, and ability to recognize deteriorating patients required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Work with 16-bed unit maintaining 4:1 patient ratios
• Care for post-op, cardiovascular, neurological, stroke, respiratory, and stepdown patients
• Utilize Philips bedside monitors and EPIC EMR system
• Dress code requires black scrubs with no hoodies permitted
• Team-oriented work environment with focus on compassionate patient care
