Seeking a dedicated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role offers ongoing, full-time coverage at a hospital setting, starting 03/01/2026. The assignment requires weekday shifts from 8am to 4:30pm, with one week of call per month. The physician will be responsible for managing an inpatient caseload of up to 20 patients daily, primarily focusing on brain injury, stroke, and spinal cord injury cases. Additional duties include handling 2-3 daily admissions and 4-5 consults. This position offers a comprehensive experience in rehabilitation medicine within a supportive hospital environment using the Cerner EMR system.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage an inpatient caseload of up to 20 patients per day
• Handle 2-3 daily admissions and 4-5 consults
• Provide care for patients with brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, various myopathies, and cardiac conditions
• Round on inpatient rehab patients and complete inpatient consults
• Participate in one week of call per month, including night call (4:30pm - 8am) and weekend rounding
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation and management
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
• Comfortable with a diverse patient population and varying rehabilitation needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
