The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will provide anesthesia care in a hospital setting, including scheduled clinical hours and call coverage during weekends and holidays. The role requires expertise in general, trauma, spinal, regional, neurosurgical, thoracic, vascular, and complex orthopedic anesthesia, along with ventilation and acute volume management. Schedule & Coverage
Shift Types: 8.5 hr & 13 hr shifts (mixed)
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Call: Required, including weekends & holidays

Required CRNA Skills
Candidates must be trained/experienced in:
General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal)
Trauma anesthesia
Spinal anesthesia
Regional anesthesia
Neurosurgical cases: head & spine
Thoracic cases (excluding open heart)
Complex vascular (excluding open heart)
Complex orthopedic
Ventilation management
Evaluation & management of acute volume/BP issues
Arterial line placement
Requirements
Active Alabama license (required) not willing to license out of state
Board Certification: CRNA
Credentialing: days, temps available with on-time submission
