This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
- Patients per day: 6-10
- Practice Setting: In home health and wellness evaluations
- Scope: Home Care
- State Licensure: Connecticut
- Credentialing: 6-8 weeks
