Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced CVOR RN with at least 3 years of operating room experience. Candidates will float to the Main OR if there are no CVOR cases. This role requires knowledge of various cardiac devices and experience in open heart adult surgeries.
Responsibilities- Scrub and circulate for open heart adult surgeries, including CABG, aortic, mitral, and pulmonic valve procedures
- Manage patient care in the CVOR and Main OR as required
- Utilize equipment and devices such as Impella, HeartMate, ECMO, laser lead extractions, and TAVR
- Support other surgical teams as needed, floating as necessary
- 3+ years of experience in the surgical field, preferably in CVOR
- BLS certification required; CNOR preferred
- Active New Jersey or Compact RN license required at the time of submission
- Ability to float to different units within skill set without exceptions
