This position is for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to work in a newly established outpatient clinic in eastern Iowa. The role is hospital-employed, offering a guaranteed base salary plus RVU incentives, with no call or weekend duties. The physician will have input on clinic staff and operations, working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM in a 100% outpatient setting.
