Welcome to an exciting opportunity for an ER Physician to join our growing department in rural South Carolina, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful coastal town of Beaufort, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Room Physician
• 12-hour shifts with some 24-hour shifts possible
• 14-16, 12-hour shifts a month or 7, 24-hour shifts a month
• Day and night shifts available
• Single physician on staff per shift with plans to add an NP
• New expansion underway, doubling size and volume
• Expansion includes EmPath behavioral medicine treatment, Fasttrack rooms, and more
• Rural hospital with modern facilities, fully equipped lab and imaging dept, strong surgical dept, ICY, and inpatient medical care
• Affiliation with University of SC
• ICU beds available

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active South Carolina medical license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
