• They are establishing a team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs) with the support of a clinical performance nurse.

Practice

• They welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU setting, managing vents, and doing procedures like central lines and arterial lines. Training is offered for procedures.
• They anticipate the team will meet once a month for team meetings to collaborate on their goals of bringing better to the bedside.
• Most of them like to spend time with their families or outdoors, so a flexible schedule is available, and they will cover for each other when they re out.
