Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an RN for a 13-week Intensive Care Unit assignment requiring BLS and ACLS certifications and an IA or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
- 13-week contract with night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
- Every third weekend is required
- Care for critically ill adult patients
- Must provide patient care to critically ill individuals in a high acuity environment
- Must include scanned images of front and back of AHA BLS and ACLS cards
- COVID-19 vaccination card required for consideration
- References and licensure documentation required before start
- Local rate eligibility applies based on home state
Requirements
- Active IA or compact RN license required
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required
- TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications preferred
- License verification must be dated within 30 days of start via NURSYS for RNs
- No minimum years of ICU experience required
