Requirements- Minimum Board Certification: Board Eligible (within 3 years) or Board Certified
- License Requirement: Will consider candidates willing to obtain CA license
- The Following Certifications Are Required: ACLS, BLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
- Fellowship: facility needs a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
