Coverage Needed: September 2023 - Ongoing Weekend Call Coverage 1 Weekend Per Month Clinical Information: Practice Setting: Hospital, inpatient Schedule: weekend call coverage, 1 weekend per month Daily Patient Volume: 12, 2 admits per day Case Types: Level 1 trauma center, aortic, peripheral, arterial, carotid, thoracic EMR: eClinical Works (eCW) Required: Active VA License Vascular Fellowship DEA and CSR DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
