Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, including CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotid procedures.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced CVICU environment.
- Maintain patient safety and ensure optimal outcomes through critical assessment and intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment, including Impella, IABP, and CRRT, as per clinical protocols.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of CVICU nursing experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- CCRN certification is preferred.
- Associate Nursing Degree is required.
