The CDL Hazmat Tank Driver is responsible for safely delivering agricultural and crop protection products locally and regionally while complying with all transportation regulations. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety protocols, assisting warehouse staff, and working extended hours during busy seasons. Candidates must possess a Class A CDL, preferably with Hazmat endorsement, and meet DOT and company requirements.

Summary
CHS is looking for a Hazmat Driver to join our team in Willmar! This individual will be dedicated to hauling crop protection products, and other agricultural products both locally and regionally. This is a M-F position, with overtime available throughout the year during the busy seasons. Join our amazing team today!
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and on time deliveries to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. To include but not limited to pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement and hours of service.
- Assist in the warehouse when not delivering product.
- Work extended hours in-season to meet business demands.
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
- Assist warehouse staff and perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Class A CDL
- Hazmat endorsement highly preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals
Additional Qualifications
- anker and Air Brake endorsements
- Must meet DOT and Company requirements
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays to meet business demands
- Bulk liquid experience preferred
- Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMCSA Clearinghouse.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
