Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday
  • Outpatient Clinic Visits: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • After Hours Phone Call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM
  • Weekend Call/Phone Only - Shared with Virtual Inpatient Rounding, for Established Patients

Clinical Details

• Cover 2 sites
• No surgeries or procedures required
• EMR: EPIC/Dragon
• Support Staff: 1 APP; Medical Assistants in practice
  • Locums will not supervise APPs

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology & Medical Oncology
• BLS Certification
• Active MI License or IMLC
• Case Logs:
  • 24 patients with illnesses related to Hematology within the past 12 months
  • 24 patients with illnesses related to Medical Oncology within the past 12 months
• Years of work experience: 1 year(s)
