This locum tenens interventional radiologist position in Alabama involves performing a wide range of arterial, venous, and image-guided procedures with a patient load of around 40 per day. The role requires proficiency in trauma interventions, biopsies, drains, and specialized vascular procedures. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with weeknight/weekend call 40 patients per day 8 to 14 procedures daily shared between providers Full service arterial and venous angiographic procedures Performs trauma, GI bleeds, and fistula/graft interventions Experience with TIPS and IVC filter procedures Proficient in biliary interventions and cholecystostomy placement CT/IR/fluoro guided routine procedures including biopsies and drains Two providers needed per day We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
