An Interventional Radiology Physician is responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures using modalities such as CT, MRI, X-ray, and fluoroscopy. The role requires board certification in radiology, state licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications, and typically involves reading 50-70 cases daily with a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and STAT cases. This position operates within a clinical environment serving adult and geriatric populations with a focus on minimally invasive image-guided treatments.

Clinical Details
- Average Daily Census: 50-70 reads/day
- Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
- Procedures: General diagnostic with emphasis on interventional radiology
- Modalities: General CT, General MRI, General X-ray, IR, and Fluoro coverage
- Case Mix/Volume: Variable mix of inpatients, outpatients, and STAT list; approximately 12 procedures and 10 fluoro cases per week
- Equipment: CT/US-guided procedures, PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360), EMR (EPIC)
Requirements
- Board Certification in Radiology
- State License: Ohio (Willing to License)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Years of Experience Required: 3
- IMLC Accepted: LOQ must be in hand
